Debrena is a nationally published best-selling author of three books, speaker, business consultant, Master Life Coach, world traveler, and facilitator of transformational courses, programs and Elite Retreats. Her personal mission is to teach others, especially women to manifest powerfully in life, love and business. Her business clients include Fortune 500 companies, federal, state and county government, leading universities, and also small businesses and solo-preneurs.

Krista Linden
Krista is Founder and Executive Director of Step By Step and Farm 12. Founded in 1997, Step By Step works to transform the lives of at-risk pregnant women and serves over 1,200 women every year, helping them deliver healthy babies, embrace positive parenting, and establish safe homes and secure futures. Krista will share her journey and give us a glimpse into her vision that led her to undertake the large project of repurposing and revamping the former Van Lierop Farm site. The farm is now home to Step By Step’s headquarters, a family counseling and educational center, job training and workforce preparation facility, a culinary training program, a greenhouse, and Farm 12.
Julie Davidson
Julie is President and CEO of The JD Group, as well as a certified coach, facilitator, and consultant who builds customized and sustainable leadership development programs for organizations. Her coaching background includes co-active coaching methodology, conflict resolution skills, improvisational theater, effective communication, storytelling, and direct feedback – when combined, they unleash clients’ strengths and support them to work from their core values. She will help you reenergize yourself for this new normal, show you how to regain your focus, your locus (of influence), and your mojo. Be prepared to reconnect to your purpose, share your ideas with other inspiring women, and come away with some actionable next steps.

Eva is the Chief Operating Officer of Koelsch Communities, our Presenting Sponsor. A family-owned and operated senior care organization, Koelsch Communities was founded on the principles of treating residents with respect, dignity and compassion. Eva oversees more than 30 senior living communities, including Deer Ridge Memory Care, set to open in Puyallup in 2021.
