Celebrate leadership, mentorship & scholarship with us - you can even apply for a scholarship to Yale School of Management Executive Education’s online Women’s Leadership Program.

Krista Linden
Krista is Founder and Executive Director of Step By Step and Farm 12. Founded in 1997, Step By Step works to transform the lives of at-risk pregnant women and serves over 1,200 women every year, helping them deliver healthy babies, embrace positive parenting, and establish safe homes and secure futures. Krista will share her journey and give us a glimpse into her vision that led her to undertake the large project of repurposing and revamping the former Van Lierop Farm site. The farm is now home to Step By Step’s headquarters, a family counseling and educational center, job training and workforce preparation facility, a culinary training program, a greenhouse, and Farm 12.

Eva is the Chief Operating Officer of Koelsch Communities, our Presenting Sponsor. A family-owned and operated senior care organization, Koelsch Communities was founded on the principles of treating residents with respect, dignity and compassion.
